Romain Bouvard is a 2D Compositing Supervisor at DNEG’s Montreal facility, who is experienced in both 2D and 3D techniques.

Most recently, he supervised compositing for the family fantasy movie ‘The Kid Who Would be King’, which DNEG was the lead VFX partner on.  

Romain originally joined DNEG in London during 2010 where his early work included compositing on director Christopher Nolan’s ‘Inception’, which won the Oscar for Best Visual Effects in 2011, and also on ‘The Dark Knight Rises’.  He also worked on Marvel Studio’s  ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ and ‘Thor: The Dark World’.

From 2014, Romain worked at DNEG’s Vancouver studio where he composited on ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to find Them’ and ‘Wonder Woman’.
